Tathra Beach Bowling Club is on the lookout for enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking people to join our team across a range of hospitality positions. If you’re passionate about great service and love working in a vibrant community venue, we’d love to hear from you.

Current Positions Available

Supervisors – We’re seeking candidates with previous hospitality or supervisory experience who are confident leading and supporting a team hands-on. RSA, RCG and ARCG certifications are required for this role.

Bar Staff – Friendly and confident customer service is a must. Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate. RSA is required and RCG is preferred.

Chefs and Kitchen Hands – We’re looking for experienced chefs and cooks with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. A strong focus on quality, presentation and food safety is essential, along with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
