Board of Directors Nominations 2025-2027 Announced at Tathra Beach Bowling Club

Attention: All Members.

Nominations for the board of Directors 2025 – 2027 closed at 7 pm Saturday, 12 July 2025.

The Club received 4 nominations. Those nominations have been posted on the Members Noticeboard with proposers and seconders. The nominees are:

– Mr. Howard Blacker – Director
– Mr. Robert Britton – Director
– Mr. Lynton Riddell – Director
– Mr. Luke Tierney – Director

At the Tathra Beach Bowling Club Annual General Meeting commencing at 10:00 am Sunday, 3 August 2025 the Club’s Returning Officer, Mr. Rex Kermode will declare these nominees’ biennial directors for the period 2025 – 2027.

Members should note that per the Constitution of the Club the following:

– 30: ELECTION OF THE BOARD
30.1 (g):
If the full number of candidates is not nominated, then those candidates who are nominated shall be declared elected to the relevant positions and additional nominations shall with the consent of the nominee or nominees be made at the meeting for the position not so filled.

30.1 (h):
If there be only the requisite number nominated those candidates shall be declared duly elected.

NO ELECTION IS NECESSARY.
