According to the Community Gaming Act 2018 and Community Gaming Regulations 2020, sitting directors are not allowed to take part in club raffles, cash draws, or any club promotions. This decision aligns with legal obligations and ensures compliance with regulations.
Furthermore, the Club’s board has also made a decision that staff members working on shift at the club are prohibited from participating in club raffles, cash draws, or promotions. This measure is implemented to maintain fairness, transparency, and integrity within the club community.
